Delivery Information

For orders placed before 1pm on a Monday to Friday will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time including Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched on the next working day. Please allow 2-4 working days to receive your order.


Occasionally, couriers may post a card through your letterbox to inform you that you have missed your delivery and how you can collect your parcel. wherever possible, please consider using an alternative address i.e., workplace address if you know you are not going to be at home to receive the delivery. We do not advise that our customers leave any notes or instructions for the delivery driver to leave parcels outside, if this is the case, then this will be at the customer’s choice and MyMouth will not be responsible for any loss or damages.


If undelivered packages make their way back to our warehouse we will contact you to arrange redelivery.


UK Orders (excluding Channel Islands & Isle of Man)


For orders that are placed that are over £20 they will be dispatched FREE. Dispatched second class delivery. This service is not a tracked service. For orders under £20 there will be a £2.95 delivery charge added to your order. Tracked and special delivery services available, please select at checkout.


For all orders outside of the UK


Delivery services available to most countries, please allow for 7-10 days for your order to be delivered.


For all orders an additional delivery charge will be applied:

  • Europe – £7.95
  • USA – £9.95
  • Asia, Africa, Australia, North America & South America – £9.95

Please note: customers outside of the UK maybe subject to customs fees or import duties, which are levied once the order reaches the destination country. MyMouth will not cover any additional charges applied during customs clearance, unless stated otherwise. Customers are advised to check their own countries guidance’s for additional charges.

Please note that we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours upon confirmation of payment, with the exception of sale and special promotion items where this may take longer. Estimated delivery times are a guide only and commence from the time of dispatch. Please note that MyMouth is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes at the shipping destination.
